Tom Lemm, 15, from Pontefract, had his left arm amputated by surgeons at Leeds General Hospital because of a tumour at the top of the limb.

The number of Americans infected with the HIV virus each year is much higher than current government estimates, US health officials have said.

Scientists are moving closer to developing a pill which could deliver some of the benefits of exercise - even to sedentary people - a study suggests.
